What is DirectCRS?
DirectCRS provides a proven method that connects Athletes to Coaches at Division I, Division II, Division III and NAIA schools. We provide an efficient way for athletes to play the game they love and get a great education at the same time.
It's all about exposure. If you aren't getting calls or letters, you aren't getting enough exposure. DirectCRS puts your talent in the spotlight so coaches can find you.
Many talented athletes miss the opportunity to finance a college education, because they don't understand their roll in the recruiting process or how to get exposure. The Direct College Recruitment System changes all that.

Why use DirectCRS?
There are two mistakes most student athletes and their parents make.
First, they believe that playing on a High School or traveling team or attending expensive camps will get them enough exposure to attract the attention of college recruiters.
Second, they think that if the athlete is good enough, the colleges will find them.
The truth is that there are hundreds of great colleges that just don’t have the budgets to send coaches all over the country. These colleges scout within a few hundred miles of their campuses. If you don’t live in that radius, you won’t be found.
Attending a specific school’s athletic camps can be part of honing your skills, but it shouldn’t be the only tool you use to get exposure. You may not be what that school is looking for, but what you have to offer may be just what a coach on the other side of the state (or country) is looking for.
DirectCRS works because it targets schools all across the country. Don’t limit your options to the schools in your immediate area. Let DirectCRS bring more choices directly to you.
You may just want to keep playing the sport you love, while your parents may be concerned with the cost of college. If DirectCRS connects you with a sports scholarship, both you and your parents will be happy. A scholarship sure is a great way to help you afford the education your parents want you to have, while you enjoy the thrill of taking your sport to the next level.

How does DirectCRS work?
DirectCRS is self-managed direct exposure website. We allow you to choose who you want your information to go to and when.
The first step is to upload your picture, school and athletic information to our site. This profile allows you to tell coaches your stats, who your coaches or trainers are, and other information you want them to know about you such as your grades, upcoming tournaments or competitions.
The second step is to put game or performance videos up on a site like YouTube. You provide us with links to those videos. DirectCRS provides you with an easy interface to manage those links. Then we direct coaches to your videos.
The third step is to decide who you want to target. We offer packages that promote your talents with NCAA DI, DII or DIII schools. You select the package that meets your goals. Once you purchase the package, you tell DirectCRS when you want the exposure to start.

Want to get started with DirectCRS?
Getting started is simple. Just sign up for a free account. That’s it. Then when you’re ready, just follow the steps below
1. Add as many Student Athlete profiles to your account as you like. Profiles let you share information about yourself, your school, your coach or trainer, your scholastic achievements, etc. DirectCRS shares your profiles with the coaches you choose to receive them.
2. Review the What I Can Expect page.
3. Make sure that your profile is complete. For the best results you should include video clips in your profile (see Using YouTube) so that each coach gets a glimpse of your ability. Also make sure you have included your team coach, trainer or other contact information. You don’t want to miss a scholarship because an interested college coach couldn’t talk to an objective person about your ability. Your profile reflects your potential as an athlete and tells coaches about what kind of person you are as well.
4. Purchase an exposure package that targets the schools you want to attend. You may only want to apply to Division I schools. Or you may prefer to improve your chances through exposure to all the Division II, Division III, and NAIA schools out there. We have a package tailored to your goals.
5. Schedule your exposure to start.
